Hello! I am Alex<\/mark><\/strong> – I’m an illustrator, animator, graphic designer, and a lifelong learner based in a small city in Central Java, Indonesia. I am an International Relations Graduate – I know, strange. However, my interest in humanity and social issues has guided me to create illustrations that are diverse, hopeful, and inclusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I have over 5 years of professional experience, mainly in character design and social campaign. I also did art directions, animation, and motion graphics. Through these, I translate complex ideas and concept into visuals that are engaging and joyful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In my works, I strive to explore and experiment with possibilities. I love communicating and brainstorming with others to find new ideas or new creative perspective in looking at things. I also love to try new stuff – new brushes, new colors, or even new medias to constantly evolve, adapt and learn as an illustrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Besides creating inclusive arts, I reeeealy love to show happiness in them. Growing up, I was and still am a “stop to smell the flower” kind of guy. I love to appreciate the world as is and what it could be.
